It’s time to take control
This natural process can be a time of confusion, anxiety and distress for some, due to various symptoms that might accompany menopause.
Women know very little about menopause until they start experiencing it and aren’t prepared for the physical, mental and emotional changes they will experience as their periods stop. Any number of menopausal symptoms can appear as hormone levels start to fluctuate. For most, it happens in their mid-life, over a period of months or years as they approach menopause.
An estimated 60% of women, struggle to cope with their symptoms and face difficulties at home and at work.
Menopause still remains a taboo subject, making women feel on their own and disinclined or too embarrassed to talk about it.
We are here to offer some help.

It’s estimated that one third of the US female population is currently peri or menopausal
